Twenty Third & Parkway Publishing is an independently, minority owned publishing arm responsible for the publishing and distribution of creative works. The name is a reference to the area of Prince Georges County, Md. where the founder, Dean McKinney grew up. Currently focused on the non fiction work of its founder, Twenty Third & Parkway seeks to establish itself as an alternative to the traditional book publishing channels that have limited the distribution of unique, provocative and under represented voices in the literary world.
